REGISTRATION

Only registered delegates will participate at the scientific sessions.

Participants are kindly requested to fill the registration form and send it back to the correspondence address by e-mail before March 30^th, 2016.

100 Euro - Academic participants until April 15

125 Euro - Academic participants after April 15

150 Euro - Participants from industry – stand

200 Euro - Participants from industry – stand and presentation

50 Euro – Students (student ID or official letter of University must be provided)

50 Euro – Accompanied person

A publication fee of 25 Euro will be paid by people unable to attend the conference in person, this covering the publishing and postal expenses for all published materials of the conference.

Full registration fee includes: conference organization, conference bag, program and CD with book of abstracts, gala dinner, coffee breaks.

A student ID or an official letter of your University must be provided for Student fee of 50 Euro.

No facilities for payment by credit card are available.

In case you need an invoice or receipt, please, let us know about this before the Conference.

INSURANCE

The Conference organizers cannot be held responsible for any personal accident or damage to the property of the participants.

Policy for cancellation
Confirmed registrants canceling after May 1^st, 2016, will lose their entire registration fees. Cancellation before May 1^st, 2016 will allow 50% refund of the registration fee.

PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with privacy regulations the organizers state that the information you supply will only be used for the purpose of organizing this and following conferences in this series. Your data will not be made available to any other person or organization for commercial use.
